STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, MARK C. BOYER and PAULA A. BOYER, are about to execute
contemporaneously herewith a contract with LONE TREE, INC., for the
construction of a single-dwelling home situate on Lot 29, Ashcombe
Farms North, Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, ~
as more fully described on the attached EXHIBIT "Au, which is
incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, May 30, 2001, at the time of and immediately before the
execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has
been given by said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on
the said building, or purchase materials for the same in
consideration of the making of the said contract with Contractor
and the further consideration of One Dollar, to Contractor paid by
Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building
by the Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material
men or workmen or any other persons for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of
said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

of Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Miscellaneous Book 575, Page 228, and as amended by
Second Addendum to Declaration for Ashcombe Farms North, A Planned Community ("Second Addendum"),
dated May 25, 2000, recorded June 1, 2000, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County
Pennsylvania, in Miscellaneous Book 645, Page 409, designated in such Declaration, as amended, as Lot No.
29 (Identifying Number), as described in Paragraph 4 of the Second Addendum and shown (and described) in
Exhibit F-2 of the Second Addendum.
