On 11/10/97 mortgagor( s) made, executed and delivered a mortgage upon the premises hereinafter described to MEMBERS 1ST FEDERAL CREDIT UNION which mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of CUMBERLAND County, in Mortgage Book No. 1416, Page 985. By Assignment of Mortgage recorded 11/17/97 the mortgage was assigned to CRESTAR MORTGAGE CORPORATION which Assignment is recorded in Assignment of Mortgage Book No. 562, Page 377.
