Plaintiff is Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., its successors and assigns, as nominee for Household Finance Corp., a corporation duly organized and doing business at the above captioned address. 2. The Defendant is Holly 1. Digiovanni, who is the mortgagor and real owner of the mortgaged property hereinafter described, and her last-known address is 1318 Pine Road, Carlisle, PA 17013. 3. On 12/27/99, mortgagor made, executed and delivered a mortgage upon the premises hereinafter described to Ameriquest Mortgage Company which mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Cumberland County in Mortgage Book 1590, Page 851. 4.
