STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made the '7 +II day of qi I .ILL
between WOLF BillLDER'S, INC., hereinafter referred to as Contractor, and JOHN P.
, 2001, by and
JENNINGS and ARLENE R. JENNINGS, hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the former
undertook and agreed to erect and construct a custom built home on that certain lot of ground situate
at Lot 4, McCallister Church Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more fully
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for and in consideration
of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves
and their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no
mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials
furnished by them or any of them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the
erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described, and the said Contractor,
for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish
the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any
of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at an iron pin set in the eastern dedicated right-of-way line of McAllister Church
Road (T -482) at the dividing line between Lots 3 and 4 on the hereinafter mentioned Subdivision
Plan; thence along said boundary line, North 74 degrees 23 minutes 50 seconds East 366.22 feet to
an iron pin; thence along lands now or formerly of D. Mark Lehman, South 33 degrees 33 minutes
19 seconds East 157.68 feet to an iron pin; thence along the dividing line between Lot 4 and Lots
5 and 6 on said Plan, South 74 degrees 23 minutes 50 seconds West 414.82 feet to an iron pin set
in the eastern dedicated right-of-way line of McAllister Church Raod; thence along said dedicated
right-of-way line, North 16 degrees 39 minutes 35 seconds West 150.00 feetto an iron pin, the Place
of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 1.345 acres and being further described as Lot 4 of Tract 2 of Cedar Court, prepared
by John K. Bixler, III, P.L.S., revised May 2, 1988 and recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book
55, Page 129B.
BEING the same premises which Robert J. Weibley and Velva E. Weibley, husband and wife, by
their Deed dated December 27, 2000 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County in Deed Book 237, Page 510 granted and conveyed unto John Jennings and
Arlene Jennings, husband and wife.
