June 7, 2001 Reference #011426102085162 .1, Marcia A. Shrauder, do hereby state on the night of October 31, 2000, I was a passenger in the vehicle of Christina Evans. While traveling 944 West, at the intersection of 944 and 114 the aforementioned driver did stop at the traffic light posted there. While sitting in traffic, an incident occurred involving Christina Evans and Marlin Woodring, the driver of the vehicle directly in front of Christina and I. Upon this occurrence, both drivers proceeded to make a right hand turn onto Industrial Road. Mr. Woodring executed a "U-Turn", Christina pulled in and parked her vehicle. Both drivers exited their vehicles and spoke. Mr. Woodring proceeded to walk to the rear of Christina's vehicle. Mr. Woodring then returned to his vehicle, and Christina returned to her own. As Mr. Woodring proceeded to execute a right turn, heading again West on 944, Christina turned her own vehicle around, proceeded to the traffic light, and also made a right turn onto 944 West. After following Mr. Woodring's vehicle approximately 4 miles westbound on 944, Mr. Woodring turned left off of 944 and continued in that direction. Christina and I continued on to Sterrets Gap. Upon entering Perry County, we continued to Christina's residence.
