STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, the Owner, Joseph J. Katkocin, is about to execute
contemporaneously herewith a contract with KATKO, INC., for the
construction of a single-dwelling home situate on Lot 28, Phase VC,
Kingswood, Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as
more fully described on the attached EXHIBIT "A", which is
incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, June 6, 2001, at the time of and immediately before the
execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has
been given by said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on
the said building, or purchase materials for the same in
consideration of the making of the said contract with Contractor
and the further consideration of One Dollar, to Contractor paid by
Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building
by the Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material
men or workmen or any other persons for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of
said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 28, as shown on Kingswood Final Subdivision Plan of Phases VB and VC,
dated December 3, 1993, and recorded April 8, 1994, in Cumberland County Plan Book 67, Page 136,
being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin, being a westerly comer of Lot No. 29 and lying in a northerly right-
of-way of existing Memory Lane (43.5-foot right-of-way); thence along said right-of-way, South 88
degrees 52 minutes 45 seconds West, 92.63 feet to a concrete monument; thence along a curve to the
right, having a chord bearing of North 58 degrees 04 minutes 33 seconds West, a chord distance of23.59
feet, a radius of 21.63 feet, and an arc distance of 24.95 feet to an iron pin lying in an easterly right-of-
way of existing Orr's Bridge Road (46.5-foot right-of-way); thence along the Orr's Bridge right-of-way,
along a curve to the right, having a chord bearing of North 17 degrees 08 minutes 36 seconds West, a
chord distance of 96.90 feet, a radius of353.06 feet, and an arc distance of 97.21 feet to an iron pin lying
in said right-of-way and being a westerly comer of Lot No. 27 Oands of Kingswood Subdivision Phase
VA, Plan Book 65, Page 144); thence along Lot Nos. 27 and 33, North 88 degrees 52 minutes 45 seconds
East, 139.15 feet to an iron pin lying in a southerly line of Lot No. 33 and being a northerly comer of Lot
No. 29; thence along Lot No. 29, South 01 degrees 07 minutes 15 seconds East, 106.00 feet to an iron pin,
being the place of BEGINNING. CONTAINING 0.30 acre.
Lot No. 28 is subject to a 30-foot sign and landscape easement along its Orr's Bridge Road street
frontage.
BEING PART OF TRACT NO.4 of a Corrective Deed from Pamay Development Co., mc., a
Pennsylvania corporation, dated and recorded March 24, 1993, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in
and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book E-36, Page 607, granted and conveyed unto
Pamay Development Co., Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, Mortgagor herein.
