STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, the Owners, FREDERICK E. MARSICANO, JR., and STACIE M.
MARSICANO, are about to execute contemporaneously herewith a
contract wi th WILLIAM H. GOODLING CONST ., for the construction of
a single-dwelling home situate on Lot 30, Shoff Court, Ashcombe
Farms North, Upper Allen Township, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania,
as more fully described on the attached EXHIBIT "An, which is
incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, June 8, 2001, at the time of and immediately before the
execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has
been given by said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on
the said building, or purchase materials for the same in
consideration of the making of the said contract with Contractor
and the further consideration of One Dollar, to Contractor paid by
Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building
by the Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material
men or workmen or any other persons for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of
said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 28, as shown on Kingswood Final Subdivision Plan of P\lases VB and VC,
dated December 3, 1993, and recorded April 8, 1994, in Cumberland County Plan Book 67, Page 136,
being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin, being a westerly corner of Lot No. 29 and lying in a northerly right-
of-way of existing Memory Lane (43.5-foot right-of-way); thence along said right-9f-way, South 88
degrees 52 minutes 45 seconds West, 92.63 feet to a concrete monument; thence along a curve to the
right, having a chord bearing of North 58 degrees 04 minutes 33 seconds West, a chon!distance of23.59
feet, a radius of 21.63 feet, and an arc distance of 24.95 feet to an iron pin lying in an easterly right-of-
way of existing Orr's Bridge Road (46.5-foot right-of-way); thence along the Orr'sBridge right-of-way,
