STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, the Owner, Joseph J. Katkocin, is about to execute
contemporaneously herewith a contract with KATKO, INC., for the
construction of a single-dwelling home situate on Lot 134, Phase VB,
Kingswood, Hampden TownShip, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as
more fully described on the attached EXHIBIT "A", which is
incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, June 6, 2001, at the time of and immediately before the
execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has
been given by said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on
the said building, or purchase materials for the same in
consideration of the making of the said contract with Contractor
and the further consideration of One Dollar, to Contractor paid by
Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building
by the Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material
men or workmen or any other persons for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of
said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 134, as shown on Kingswood Final Subdivision Plan ofPOOses VB and YC, dated
December 3, 1993, and recorded April 8, 1994, in Cumberland County Plan Book 67, Page 136, being bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monumentbeing a westerly corner ofLo! No. 133 and lying in a northerly
right-of-way line of Chelmsford brive (50-foot right-of-way); thence along the Chelmsford Drive right-of-way,
North 48 degrees 53 minutes 59 seconds West, 31.26 feet to an iron pin lying in said right-of-way line; thence
continuing along said right-of-way, along a curve to the right, having a chord bearing of North 18 degrees 38
minutes 15 seconds West, a chord distance of 125.99 feet, a radius of 125.00 feet, and an arc distance of 132.04
feet to an iron pin lying in said right-of-way and being a westerly corner of Lot No. 118; thence along Lot Nos.

BEING PART OF TRACT NO.4 of a Corrective Deed from Pamay Development Co., Inc.,
a Pennsylvania corporation, dated and recorded March 24, 1993, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds
in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book E-36, Page 607, granted and conveyed
unto Pamay Development Co., Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, Mortgagor herein.
UNDER AND SUBJECT, NEVERTHELESS, to Declaration of Covenants, Easements, Restrictions,
Equitable Servitudes, Charges and Liens dated November 9, 1988, and recorded November 10, 1988, in
Cumberland County Miscellaneous Book 356, Page 1095, as adopted by Amendment recorded in Cumberland
