ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate In the Township of Hampden, County of Cumberland and
Commonweajth of Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as follows; to wit:
BEGINNING at a point at the corner of the legal right-of-way lines of the Western line of Westover Drive and the Southern
line of Sl. James Court, on the hereinafter described Final Development Plan; thence along the Western line of Westover
Drive, South 12 degrees 01 minutes 59 seconds East, a distance of 112.15 feet to a point at the Northern line of Lot #23;
thence along the Northern line of Lot #23, south 77 degrees 58 minutes 01 seconds West a distance of 100.00 feet to the
Eastern line of Lot #21, thence along the said Eastern line of Lot #21 North 26 degrees 06 minutes 28 seconds West, a
