WHEREAS, Daniel & Elizabeth Knapik, of4321 Wright Ave., Ft. Meade, MD 20755, is
about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Pollard & Co., Inc., Contractor, of
P.O. Box 66, Dillsburg, PA 17019, for the erection ofa one story residential building upon a lot
of land situate in lXl!!~ Township, Cumberland County, more fully described in attached
Exhibit "A". SOUTH MIDDLETON
NOW, May 15,2001, at the time and immediately before the execution ofthe principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the
making of the said contract with Owner and the further consideration of One Dollar to
fontractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the
Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workers or any other person
.. any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of
said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.

ALL that certain tract of land situate in South Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance
with a survey prepared by John K. Bixler, III, R.S., dated April 9,
1998 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for
Cumberland County in Plan Book 77, Page 141 revised October 19, 1998,
as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin on the northern right-of-way line of Arlington
Drive at corner of Lot No. 42, Section 2-B, on plan of Forgeda1e
Crossing; thence along lands now or formelry of Eastern Development &
Planning, Inc. North 86 degrees 42 minutes 52 seconds East 100.00 feet
to an iron pin; thence along Lot No.40, Section 2-B, Forgedale
Crossing, South 03 degrees 17 minutes 08 seconds East 150.00 feet to
an iron pin on northern right-of-way line of Arlington Drive; thence
along said northern right-of-way line of Arlington Drive, South 86
degrees 42 minutes 52 seconds West 100.00 feet to an iron pin at Lot
No. 42, Section 2-B, the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 15,000.00 square feet and designated as Lot No. 41, Section
2-B of Plan of Forgedale Crossing.
SUBJECT to storm drainage easement along northern portion of said
property as shown on plan.
SUBJECT to Declaration of Restrictions and Protective Covenants for
Forgedale Crossing as set forth in Miscellaneous Book 424, Page 252.
