COMPLAINT
1. The Plaintiff Vend Lease Company, Inc. is a corporation organized and
existing under the laws of the State of Maryland, with a business address of 6424
Frankford Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21206.
2. The Defendant N. Lee Stanun t/a Mrs. Stanun's Bar Ba, Inc. is a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with
an address of 825 US Rt 15 N, Dillsburg, York County, Pennsylvania 17019.
3. The Defendant N. Lee Stanun is an adult individual with an address of 51
Heisers Lane, Carlisle, Cwnberland County, Pennsylvania 17013.
COUNT I
VEND LEASE COMPANY. INC. V. MRS. STAMM'S BAR Ba. INC.
4. On or about October 27, 1999, Defendant Mrs. Stanun's Bar Ba, Inc. entered
into a Lease Agreement for equipment with the Plaintiff, a copy of which is attached

hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "Au.
5. The Defendant has failed to pay the monthly installments under said
Agreement and is in default under its provisions, requiring the Plaintiff to retake and
retrieve possession of the leased equipment.
6. Under said Lease, Plaintiff is owed $24,286.46 as a balance under the Lease,
plus Retrieval and other charges of $325.00, less the fair market value of the
equipment of $8,000.00 and security deposit, for a total of $14,403.60
7. In addition, the Defendant is obligated to pay the attorney's fees of 20% of
the unpaid balance pursuant to paragraph 16 of the Lease, or $2,880.72 for a total
amount due and owing of $17,782.32.
8. The Defendant's default in the above matter accelerated the total balance
due and owing as provided for in the Lease; the Plaintiff has demanded payment and
given notices of said acceleration but the Defendant has failed and/or refused to pay
the same.
9. Paragraph 1 through 8 are hereby incorporated by reference as if set forth at
length.

10. On October 27, 1999, the Defendant N. Lee Stamm executed a guaranty, as
part of the aforementioned Lease attached as Exhibit "A", under which he agreed to
guaranty payment and performance of all the covenants and conditions of the Lease.
11. By reason of his guaranty, the Defendant N. Lee Stamm is liable to the
Plaintiff in the amount of $17,782.32.
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff requests this Honorable Court to enter judgment in
favor of the Plaintiff and against the Defendant in the amount of $17,782.32, plus
continuing interest and costs of suit.

COMPLAINT
1. The Plaintiff Vend Lease Company, Inc. is a corporation organized and
existing under the laws of the State of Maryland, with a business address of 6424
Frankford Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21206.
2. The Defendant N. Lee Stanun t/a Mrs. Stanun's Bar BO, Inc. is a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with
an address of 825 US Rt 15 N, Dillsburg, York County, Pennsylvania 17019.
3. The Defendant N. Lee Stanun is an adult individual with an address of 51
Heisers Lane, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013.

VEND LEASE COMPANY. INC. V. MRS. STAMM'S BAR BO. INC.
4. On or about October 27, 1999, Defendant Mrs. Stanun's Bar BO, Inc. entered
into a Lease Agreement for equipIll,ent with the Plaintiff, a copy of which is attached

hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit" An.
5. The Defendant has failed to pay the monthly installments under said
Agreement and is in default under its provisions, requiring the Plaintiff to retake and
retrieve possession of the leased equipment.
6. Under said Lease, Plaintiff is owed $24,286.46 as a balance under the Lease,
plus Retrieval and other charges of $325.00, less the fair market value of the
equipment of $8,000.00 and security deposit, for a total of $14,403.60
7. In addition, the Defendant is obligated to pay the attorney's fees of 20% of
the unpaid balance pursuant to paragraph 16 of the Lease, or $2,880.72 for a total
amount due and owing of $17,782.32.
8. The Defendant's default in the above matter accelerated the total balance
due and owing as provided for in the Lease; the Plaintiff has demanded payment and
given notices of said acceleration but the Defendant has failed and/or refused to pay
the same.
9. Paragraph 1 through 8 are hereby incorporated by reference as if set forth at
length.

10. On October 27, 1999, the Defendant N. Lee Stamm executed a guaranty, as
part of the aforementioned Lease attached as Exhibit" A", under which he agreed to
guaranty payment and performance of all the covenants and conditions of the Lease.
11. By reason of his guaranty, the Defendant N., Lee Stamm is liable to the
Plaintiff in the amount of $17,782.32.
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff requests this Honorable Court to enter judgment in
favor of the Plaintiff and against the Defendant in the amount of $17,782.32, plus
continuing interest and costs of suit.
