Township, Cumberland County and State of Pennsylvania, bounded and
described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a corner of lands now or formerly of W. A. Adams; thence by
the same, South fifty-eight degrees and one-quarter West twenty-two and
one-sixteenth perches to a stake; thence by lands now or late of Harry
