ALL THOSE CERTAIN tracts of real estate situate in Hampden Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and
described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern right of way line of Inverness
Drive, a 50 foot wide street, said point being the northernmost corner
of Lot No. 54; thence along said right of way line along a curve to the
right having a radius of 325.00 feet and an arc length of 18.16 feet,
said arc being subtended by a chord of North 50 degrees 55 minutes 08
seconds East a distance of 18.16 feet to a point; thence continuing
along said right of way line along a curve to the right having a radius
of 475.00 feet and an arc length of 85.06 feet, said arc being subtended
