BACH, Attorney-at-Law, and files the within Petition seeking ownership of an abandoned vehicle. 1. James M. Bach, is an adult individual residing at 352 S. Sporting Hill Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. 2. James M. Bach owns real estate known and numbered as 11-9 S. Market Street, Borough of Shiremanstown, County of Cumberland, State of Pennsylvania. 3. Michael J. McHugh is an adult individual whose last known residence is 2488 Penn Land Court, Bensalem, PA 19020. 4. A 1991 Buick Century bearing License Plate No. MM-1978 and registered in the name of Michael J. McHugh, 2488 Penn Land Court, Bensalem, PA 19020, has been abandoned since March 2001 on the property owned by James M. Bach, afo:r-ementioned. , -' '~~ ".-i" . - ~ , ~ .,' '0"'-' ~ . 5. The 1991 Buick Century has a registration, which expired in November 2000. The Vehicle Identification No. of the 1991 Buick Century is 3G4AG54N6MS639190. 6. Upon investigation, Shiremanstown Borough Police advised that Michael J. McHugh of 2488 Penn Land Court, Bensalem, PA 19020 is the registered owner of said vehicle. 7. The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation advises that Michael J. McHugh, of 2488 Penn Land Court, Bensalem, PA 19020, is the registered owner of said vehicle containing License Plate No. MM-1978 and bearing Vehicle Identification No. 3G4AG54N6MS639190. 8. The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has no forwarding or other address, other than that noted above, for Michael J. McHugh. 9. The automobile has been illegally parked on the property owned by James M. Bach since the early days of March, 2001 and continues to remain on said property illegally parked. 10. James M. Bach seeks to extinguish the right, title and interest of Michael J. McHugh in the subject automobile and have title and ownership interest awarded to James M. Bach. 11. McHugh at his last known address and Michael J. McHugh has not removed the vehicle or attempted to contact James M. Bach regarding this vehicle at any time.
