Cumberland County, pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the easter right-of-way line of InveRess Drive, a 50 foot
wide street, said point being the northwester corer of Lot No. 64; thence along said right-of-way
line along a curve to the left having a radius of 175.00 feet and au arc length of 76.43 feet, said arc
being subtended by a chord of North 37 degrees 26 minutes 12 seconds West a distance of 75.83
feet to a point, said point being the southeR most corer of Lot No. 66; thence along the westeR
