being by me duly sworn on his oath, deposes and makes proof to my satisfaction,
that he is the Secretary of the Association of Baptist for World Evangelism alkla
ABWE NORTH AMERICA, INC. (corporation); that William M. Pierson is the
President of said corporation; that the By-laws of the corporation authorizes the
President to bind the corporation, execute all agreements on behalf of the
Corporation, and take further actions in furtherance of the corporation's interest and
resolutions, and that the following is a true and complete copy of said By-laws
provision, which as of this date remains in full force and effect.
"The President shall be the chief executive officer of the corporation. He shall
preside at all corporation Board of Trustees meetings and shall have general and
active management of the business of the corporation. He shall have authority with
the authorization of the corporation to change the form of the assets of the
corporation and to invest and reinvest the funds until such funds shall be used for the
purpose of the corporation. The President shall sign all deeds, notes, evidence of
indebtedness, receipts and all papers necessary to carry out the purposes of the
corporation."

Mr. Robert Gribble died on May 1, 2006. Mr. Davis was in Monday this week to petition for
grant of letters and failed to include a corporate certification for the estate. Please find enclosed
the required certification. Also included is an estate information sheet for your records.
Please forward letters testamentary to his office at the mailing information on my letterhead.
