North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy &
Faller, hereby files its claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described
and sets forth its claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the property against
which this claim is filed is Michael D. House of 850 West Louther Street, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania.

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 850 West Louther Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and
Liens Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the
amount of $4,700.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from October 19, 2006.

BETWEEN LOUISE V. WISE, also known as, LOUISE M. WISE, widow, of Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, by her Attorney-in-Fact, THOMAS F. WISE, duly authorized
by Power of Attorney dated February 10, 1997, and recorded in Cumberland County Miscellaneous
Book 691, Page 376, hereinafter referred to as:
Grantor,
and MICHAEL D. HOUSE, of 18943 Lappans Road, Boonsboro, Washington County, Maryland,
hereinafter referred to as:
Grantee,
In consideration of NINETY-FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND 00/100
($94,900.00) DOLLARS, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the Grantor does hereby grant
and convey to the Grantee, his heirs and assigns:
ALL THOSE seven lots of ground situate in the Township of North Middleton,
County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being Lots numbered, 29, 30, 31,
32, 33, 34 and 35 as shown on the Plan of Lots known as "Eckels Park," which plan
is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in
Plan Book No. 2, page 58, and bounded and described as follows:
ON the North by West Louther Street extended; on the East by an alley; on the South
by a 20 foot wide alley; and on the West by Lot No. 36, as shown on said plan;
Containing 282.2 feet in front on said West Louther Street extended, 252 feet, more
or less, in the rear on said 20 foot alley, and extending in depth along the eastern line
247.7 feet, and along the western line 251.7 feet; and being improved with a frame
bungalow, a frame barn and a frame garage.
BEING the same premises which Richard J. Wisotzkey, Administrator of the Estate
of Oliver C. Wisotzkey, deceased, by Deed dated February 28, 1946, and recorded
in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania Deed Book "C," Volume 13, Page 491, granted
and conveyed unto Elmer F. Wise and Louise V. Wise, his wife. The said Elmer F.

Wise, having died on January 10, 1974, title vested entirely in Louise V. Wise, also
known as Louise M. Wise, Grantor herein.
