ALBRIGHT, Defendant MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER SERVICES North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as follows: STATEMENT OF CLAIM 1 The name of the municipality by which this claim is fIled is North Middleton Authority, a municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township. 2 The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the property against which this claim is filed is Daniel L. Albright of 833 West Louther Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. 3 A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as Exhibit" A" with an address of 833 West Louther Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. 4 The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq. 5 The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above described property in the amount of $4,700.00. 6 Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from October 19, 2006. Brehm, his wife, by Deed dated November 14, 1963 and recorded November 26, 1963 in the Office ofthe Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book , Volume , Page , granted and conveyed unto George A. Hunter and Mary V. Hunter, his wife. The said George A. Hunter died May 28, 1988, thereby vesting sole title unto Mary V. Hunter, widow, Grantor herein. TRACT NO.2 BEGINNING at a point on the North side of West Louther Street Extended, said point being the dividing line between Lots Nos. 4 and 5 of the Revised Plan of Lots on the Bretz Tract, as recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 3, Page 87; thence by said dividing line in a northerly direction, 240 feet, more or less, to the south side of an alley 20 feet wide; thence along the South side of the aforesaid alley in an easterly direction, 60 feet, more or less, to the mid point of Lot No.6 on the line on the South side of the said alley; thence in a southerly direction, 240 feet, to a point on the North side of said West Louther Street, the mid point on said Louther Street of Lot No.6; thence by the North side of West Louther Street Extended, in a westerly direction, 60 feet to the place of BEGINNING. BEING Lot No.5 and the adjacent half of Lot No.6, that is the western half of the said Lot No. 6 on the aforementioned Plan of Lots. SUBJECT to the building restrictions set forth in the Plan of Lots above referred to. ALSO SUBJECT to a sewer easement over the western part of the above described tract of land. BEING THE SAME PREMISES which George A. Hunter, Jr., single man, by Deed dated July 18, 1981 and recorded July 21, 1981 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book M, Volume 29, Page 608, granted and conveyed unto George A. Hunter and Mary V. Hunter, his wife. The said George A. Hunter died May 28, 1988, thereby vesting sole title unto Mary V.
