Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy &
Faller, hereby files its claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described
and sets forth its claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the property against
which this claim is filed are K. Scott Hallman and Tricia L. Hallman of 905 West North
Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 905 West North Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and
Liens Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the
amount of $4,700.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from October 26, 2006.

the southwestern corner of Lot No. 13 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence
from said point of beginning along the northern line of said 60 feet wide West North
Street, in a westerly direction, a distance of 80 feet to a point at the southwest corner of
land now or formerly of Allan B. Hone and Wife; thence along the eastern line of said
land now or formerly of Allan B. Hone and wife, through Lot No. 15 as shown on the
hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots, in a northwardly direction, a distance of 200 feet to a
point; thence in a easterly direction, a distance of 80 feet to a point at the northwestern
corner of Lot No. 13 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along
the western line of said Lot No. 13 in a southwardly directiont a distance of 200 feet to a
point on the northern line of60 feet wide West North Streett the place of Beginning.

CONTAINING 80 feet in front along the northern line of said 60 feet wide West North
Street and extending northwardly therefrom at an even width, a distance of 200 feet and
being all of Lot No. 14 and the eastern 30 feet of Lot No. 15 as shown on Plan of Lots
known as BUIT Heights Development, said Plan being recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County at Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book
5, Page 47.
SUBJECT, NEVERTHELESS to all the building and other restrictions attached to the
aforesaid Plan of Lots and recorded therewith.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Robert P. Trinkle and Kathy L. Pape, husband
and wife, by Deed dated April 12, 1996 and recorded Apri122, 1996 in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Record Book 137,
Page 1098, granted and conveyed unto David E. Colburn and Beverly Keirn, as Trustees
Under The Colburn Trust Agreement of June 25, 1987, 121 Freeman Terrace, Bath, NY
14810.
