and sets forth its claim as follows:

The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the property against
which this claim is filed are Adam W. Johnson and Amanda J. Johnson of 1198 Newville
Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 1198 Newville Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and
Liens Act of May 16,1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the
amount of $3,000.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from September 22, 2006.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in North Middleton Township,

BEGINNING at a point on the Southern side of the concrete public road
leading from Carlisle to Newville (Pennsylvania State Highway Route No.
641), which point is a corner of land now or formerly of William Oviatt
and wife; thence in a Southwardly direction along said land, 182 feet to
thence in a
a point in the Northern side of an alley 16 feet wide;
Westerly direction along the Northern side of said alley, 150 feet to a
point in the Eastern side of a proposed alley, 29 feet wide; thence in a
Northwardly direction along the Eastern side of said proposed alley, 182
feet to a point in the Southern side of Pennsylvania State Highway,
Route No. 641; thence in an Easterly direction along the Southern side
of said highway, 150 feet to the place of BEGINNING.
BEING the Western 30 feet of Lot No. 31, all of Lots Nos. 38 and 39, and
also the Eastern portion of Lot No. 40 (which portion fronts 15 feet
along the aforesaid highway and 20.4 feet along the aforesaid alley 16
feet wide) of the Plan of Lots known as "Westminster Manor" and recorded
in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Plan
Book No. 3, Page 67.

his wife, by deed dated April 13, 1959 and recorded in the Cumberland
County Recorder of Deeds Office in Book B-19, Page 30, granted and
conveyed unto Earl B. Swarner, Jr. and Nancy L. Swarner, his wife,
Grantors herein.
AND the said grantors hereby covenant and agree that they will warrant
specially the property hereby conveyed.
