North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy &
Faller, hereby files its claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described
and sets forth its claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the property against
which this claim is filed are Stanley L. Brehm and Kimberly A. Brehm of 1176 Newville Road,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit" A" with an address of 1176 Newville Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and
Liens Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the
amount of $2,850.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from September 21, 2006.

BEtWEEN TERRY D. HEICHEL AND MADELINE L. HEICHEL, husband and wife, of
cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter
(Grantors)
and STANLEY L. BREHM AND KIMBERLY A. BREHM, husband and wife, of
cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter
(Grantees)
WITNESSErH. that in consideration of One Hundred~hOUsand Dollars and
00/100 ($10'3.000.001 in hand paid, the receipt whereof ,s hereby acknowledged,
the said grantors do hereby grant and convey to the said grantees, their heirs
and assigns as tenants by the entireties.
ALL that certain tract of land with the improvements thereon erected situate in
North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, pennsylvania, more particularlY
bounded and described in accordance with a survey made January 23, \ 979, by
Eugene A. Hockensmith, Registered Surveyor. as follows:
BEGINNING at a point an the southern side of the Sfate Highway leading from
Cartisle to Newville (P A Route 641), which point is also fhe point of intersection 01
said south em line of said highway with the westem line of a 16 feet wide alley:
thence along the westem line of said alley, South 6 degrees 25 minutes West 182
feet to a point on the northern line of another 16 feet wide alley: thence along
the same, North 83 degrees 35 minutes West 80 feet to 0 point corner of lands
now or formerly of Terry L. Albright: thence along the same. North 6 degrees 25
minutes East 182 feet to a point on the southern line of said state Highway {PA
Route 641); thence along the same, South B3 degrees 35 minutes East 80 feet to
the point and Place of BEGINNING.
BEING all of Lot No. 21 and the eastem 25 feet of Lot No. 22 on that certain Pian of
Lots known as Westminister Manor, said plan neing recorded in Plan Book 3, Page
67, cumberland County Records.
HAVING thereon erected a one-story frame dwelling known as No. 1176 Newville
Road, Carlisle.
SUBJECT to Restrictions contained in prior deed of record.
BEING the same premises which Jack A. Bricker and Deborah L. Bricker, husband
and wife, by Deed dated August 22, 1994 which Deed is recorded in the Office
of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Deed BOOK 110, Page
719, granted and conveyed to Terry D. Heichel and Madeline L. Heichel,
husband and wife, Grantors herein.
