The condition of this Note is that the undersigned shall make~p~aefft~his '
obligation, both principal and interest, in monthly installments~oPEl~GHT HUNDRED AND
FIFTY ONE DOLLARS AND SIXTY ONE CENTS ($851~ commencin8 five months
after the undersigned settle on the purchase of-Bocrr~'~Restaurant. If the sale
transaction for that Restaurant is not concluded, the undersigned shall have no further
obligation to make payment on this Note. All payments made shall be applied first to
interest then due and any balance shall be applied to principal.
AND FURTHER, the undersigned do hereby authorize and empower any attorney of
any court of record of Pennsylvania or elsewhere to appear for the undersigned and to
enter judgment against the undersigned in favor of any holder of this note for the above
sum, together with interest then due, and together with costs of suit, release of errors,
and together with an attorney's commission of five percent, and without stay of execution
of any kind; and the undersigned hereby waives and releases any and all benefit and
relief from any and all appraisement, stay or exemption laws of any state now in force or
hereinafter to be passed.
