RECEIPT. RELEASE AND REFUNDING AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, RONALD EUGENE 'ZIMMERMAN, do hereby
acknowledge that I have received of and from George William Zimmerman, Executor of the Estate of Murray B.
Zimmerman, late of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased, Cash in the amount of
Three Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-Four and 63/100 ($3,634.63) Dollars, representing my One-half
distribution from the Estate in accordance with Paragraph 5 of the Will and the First and Final Account attached
hereto.
I hereby waive the filing of a Formal Account with the Court, and accept and approve the Informal
Account as stated with the same force and effect as if it had been duly filed in the Office of the Register of Wills,
adjudicated and confirmed absolutely, and the amount distributed to me had been duly awarded to me by the
Court.
In consideration of which payment, I do hereby remise, release, exonerate and discharge the said George
William Zimmerman, both individually and in his capacity as Executor, as well as his heirs and personal
representative, from any and all claims against the Estate and the Executor by reason of his administration of
said Estate. In further consideration of such payment, I agree to refund to the Executor, pro rata, any portion of
my distribution which may be necessary in the future to discharge any liabilities of the Estate or claims against
the Estate not known to the Executor during the period of administration.
