Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy &
Faller, hereby files its claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described
and sets forth its claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the property against
which this claim is filed is Eric A. Aby of 841 West Louther Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit" A" with an address of 841 West Louther Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and
Liens Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the
amount of $4,700.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from October 19, 2006.

Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 3, page 87, being more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the north side of Louther Street Extended in line of lands now or
fonnerly of R.E. Anderson; thence in a northerly direction along the same, 241 feet, more or less,
to the south side of a 20 foot alley; thence by the same in an easterly direction, 9].5 feet, more or
less, to! a point in lot No.3 on the above-mentioned revised plan of lots; thence by the same in
southerly direction, 240 feet, more or less, to a point on the north side of said Louther Street
Exten<led; thence by the same in a westerly direction, 86 feet, more or less, to a point, the place of
beginning,
, Being all of the premises which Patricia A. Wein and Keith C. Wein, by deed dated May
20, J 996, and recorded May 21, 1996 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County at Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book 1321, page 37, granted and
conveyed to Eric A. Aby and Carol A. Aby, who are the Grantors herein.
And by reason of Divorce and according to the terms of the Marriage Settlement
Agreement incorporated into said Divorce Decree by the Court of the Commonwealth of
Pennsyl vania, this property is transferred to said Grantee (husband) by Grantors (previously
husband and wife) for NONE ($0.00) dollars and is exempt from transferable taxes.
