North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy &
Faller, hereby files its claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described
and sets forth its claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the property against
which this claim is filed are Robert L. Noll and Mary E. Noll of 906 Newville Road, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania.

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 1079 Newville Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and
Liens Act of May 16,1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property the
amount of $4,700.00. 6
Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from September 20, 2006.

person, of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter

and ROBERT L. NOLL AND MARY E. NOLL, husband and wife,
of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania hereinafter

WITNESSETH, that in consideration of One Hundred Twenty-eight Thousand, Nine
Hundred and 00/100 Dollar ($128,900.00) in hand paid, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, the said grantor does hereby
said grantees, their heirs and assigns as tenants by the entireties. d convey to the

County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center of the state road leading from Carlisle to
Newville at the intersection of the Eastern line of land now or formerly of Galen W.
Bear and wife; thence along the center line of said road,
seventy-three (73) feet to a point; thence along the line of South 87 degrees East,
land now or formerly of
Margaret B. Lawrence, North 3 degrees East, two hundred (200) feet to the line of
land now or formerly of Galen W. Bear and wife; thence by land now or formerly
of Galen W. Bear and wife, North 87 degrees West, seventy-three (73) feet to
other land now or formerly of Galen W. Bear and wife; thence by land now or
formerly of Galen W. Bear and wife, South 3 degrees West, two hundred 9200)
feet to the center of the state road, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING improved with a two and one-half story brick dwelling house known as and
numbered 1079 Newville Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
BEING the same premises which Robert John Kirkpartrick and Susan Jane
Kirkpatrick, single persons, by Deed dated May 13, 1997, which Deed is recorded
in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Deed
Book 157, Page 856, granted and conveyed to Susan Jane Kirkpatrick, single
person, now known as Susan Jane Allison, Grantor herein.
