North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy &
Faller, hereby files its claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described
and sets forth its claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the property against
which this claim is filed are Francis J. DeRenzo and Elizabeth Ann DeRenzo, 711 Longs Gap
Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 711 Longs Gap Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and
Liens Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the
amount of $2,963.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from December 21, 2006.

BETWEEN LARRY E. STRAWSER and LAURA E. STRAWSER, his wife, EDWARD STANSFIELD and
RUTHANN STANSFIELD, his wife, and LEHMAN STRAWSER SR, and RUTH E. STRAWSER,
his wife, all of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, Grantors ,
and FRANCIS J. DE RENZO and ELIZABETH ANN DE RENZO, his wife, of 4207 St. Lawrence
Avenue, Reading, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called
Grantees ,
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of Five Thousand Seven Hundred ($5,700.00))--------

in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said grantors do hereby grant and
convey to the said grantee s , their heirs and assigns,
ALL that certain tract of unimproved land situate in North Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described according to a survey for
Arthur R. Klinger Estate as prepared by Thomas A. Neff, R.S., dated November 24,
1973, and recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland
County in Plan Book <^5 at Page 93, as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the proposed right-of-way line of Long's Gap Road (L.R. 21072)
at its intersection with the proposed right-of-way line of Creek Road (TWp. Rd. 497);
thence along the said proposed right-of-way line of the said Creek Road (Twp. Rd. 497)
North 69 degrees 43 minutes 20 seconds East 169.95 feet to an iron pin; thence along
Lot No. 2 of the above referred to Plan, South 16 degrees 17 minutes 10 seconds East
173.42 feet, to an iron pin; thence along lands now or formerly of Carl W. Lehman,
South 70 degrees 52 minutes 20 seconds West 169.95 feet to an iron pin on the proposed
right-of-way line of Longs Gap Road (L.R. 21072); thence along said proposed right-of
way, North 16 degrees 17 minutes 10 seconds West 170.02 feet to an iron pin, the
point and place of BEGINNING. BEING Lot No. 1 on the above referred to Plan of Lots
BEING the same premises which Max H. Peiffer and Joy A. Peiffer, his wife, by
deed dated November 28, 1977, and recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds
of Cumberland County in Deed book N, Vol. 27, Page 840, granted and conveyed unto
Larry Strawser, Edward Stansfield and Lehman Strawser, Grantors herein.
