Faller, hereby files its claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described
and sets forth its claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the property against
which this claim is filed are John R. Sweger and Joan D. Sweger, 715 Longs Gap Road,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of715 Longs Gap Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and
Liens Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the
amount of $2,706.50.
6
Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from December 21,2006.

ALL those two certain lots of ground situate in North Middleton
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point,.the intersection of the center lines of Longs Gap
Road, L.R. 21072, and Glen Road, T-497, (now known as Creek Road) as
shown on the Plan No.1 of Hill Top Manor dated November 9 , 1959 and
recorded in the Cumborland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan
Book 11, page 39; thence by the center line of Longs Gap Road North
22 degrees 30 minutes West 205.0 feet to the line dividing Lots Nos.
26 and 27 as shown on said Plan; thence by said dividing line North
67 degrees 30 minutes East 166.50 feet to a point; thence by the
western line of Lot No. 29, South 22 degrees 30 minutes East 197.73
feet to the center line of Glen Road, now known as Creek Road; thence
by said center line of Glen Road South 65 degrees 00 minutes West
166.66 feet to the place of Beginning.
BEING Lots Nos. 27 and 28 on Plan No. 1 of Hill Top Manor as aforesaid,
and improved with a split level brick dwelling and attached garage.
BEING part of the same premises which Albert E. Lewis and Ruth M.
Lewis by deed dated August 31, 1959 and recorded in Cumberland County
Deed Book 19 "J" 89, granted and conveyed unto Arthur R. Klingler
and Gladys E. ~lingler, husband and wife. The said Arthur R. Klingler,
and Gladys B. Klingler having died simultaneously on July 20, 1972,

intestate, Letters of Administration on the Estate of Arthur R. Klingle
deceased, were granted by the Register ,of Wills of Cumberland County
to Farmers Trust Company and Dona1dR, Klingler, two of the Grantors'
herein, and Letters of Administration on the Estate of Gladys E. K1ing1 r,
deceased, were granted by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County,
to Farmers Trust Company, a Grantor herein.
This conveyance is made pursuant to the provisions of
Sec. 541 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949 as amended.
