Elder Care Management, Inc. Please be advised that this letter will confinn that, based upon
our review of the infonnation submitted to us, aDd our conversations with you, r haove no
objections to the Proposed sale. At your earliest convenience, kindly fOl'Ward aD executed copy
of the decree entered in this matter.
