as Co-Personal Representative of the Estate of Charles F. Krajcsik, hereby swear and affirm'tffe
following:
WHEREAS, I am the attorney for the above-referenced Estate:
WHEREAS, I am a resident of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania;
WHEREAS, all assets of the Estate shall remain in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania;
WHEREAS, all assets of the Estate shall remain in my custody and control.
WHEREAS, as the attorney for the Estate, I shall hereby indemnifY and hold harmless
the Register of Wills, Court of Common Pleas, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania as to
any and all responsibility and/or liability which in any way may relate to, or arise from,
the assets of the Estate, taxes due of the Estate and/or as to the administration of the
Estate.
WHEREFORE, intending to be legally bound, I hereby set my hand and seal this 17TH
