NOTICE
To all Beneficiaries and Persons interested in the Estate of Robert P. Callahan,
deceased, late of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania:
Please take notice that the First and Final Account of the administration of Mr.
James A. Callahan, Executor, together with a Petition for Adjudication and Statement of
Proposed Distribution have been filed with the Clerk of the Orphans' Court Division of
the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
This Account will be called for Audit on April 24, 2007 at 9:30 a.m. in Court
Room No. 1 of the Cumberland County Court House located at One Court House
Square, Carlisle, PA, 17013.
Objections, if any, to the Account or to the Statement of Proposed Distribution
must be filed in writing by not later than 9:00 a.m. (prevailing time) on April 24, 2007,
the date fixed for confirmation. A copy of any such Objections shall be served on the
accountant or on the accountant's attorney, identified below.
