I, EVELYN LORRAINE ROBERTS, of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, do
hereby make this my Last Will and Testament, revoking any former Wills and
Codicils made by me.
FIRST:
I have two children, IDRIS JOHN ROBERTS, JR. and BEVERLY
LORRAINE SOMERS, and all references to my children in this Will are to them.
SECOND:
I authorize my Executor pay all of the expenses of a funeral
or memorial service, the interment of my remains, including the costs of grave
site, if necessary, and the installation and inscription of a suitable marker at the
grave site. I further direct my Executor to pay all of my iust and lawful debts
as soon after my decease as is convenient.

THIRD: I specifically give and bequeath my husband's ruby ring and
my RCA console tv to my son, IDRIS JOHN ROBERTS, JR.
FOURTH: I specifically give and bequeath all the rest of my iewelry to
my daughter, BEVERLY LORRAINE SOMERS.
FIFTH: give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my Estate, real, personal and mixed, wheresoever situate, as
follows:
A. Fifty (50%) percent to my son, IDRIS JOHN ROBERTS, JR.
If my son should predecease me, I give devise and
bequeath his share of my Estate to his wife, MARY ANN
ROBERTS, per stirpes.
B. Fifty (50) percent to my daughter, BEVERLY LORRAINE
SOMERS, per stirpes.
SIXTH: (1) I appoint as my Executor my son, IDRIS JOHN ROBERTS,
JR.. In the event my son predeceases me or is unable to serve, then I appoint
my daughter, BEVERLY LORRAINE SOMERS, as my successor-Executrix.

(2) I direct ttiat my Executrix serve without bond in any
iurisdidion in which called upon to ad.
SEVENTH:
1. I direct that all federal and Pennsylvania estate taxes payable as
a result of taxes assessed on property, whether passing under this Will or not,
shall be paid from my residuary Estate as a part of the expenses of the
administration of the Estate.
2. I direct that the Pennsylvania inheritance taxes payable as a result
of my death, whether assessed on property passing under this Will or not, shall
be paid out of my residuary Estate and shall not be deducted or collected from
any beneficiary under this Will or other transferee.
