STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Carlisle Housing Opportunities COIporation. (the "Owner") is about to execute
contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with T D Home Improvements (the "Contractor") in the
amount of Ninety Five Thousand Six Hundred Five Dollars ($95.605.00) for renovation of
the structure located at 445 North West Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania..
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal Contract, and before
any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the
said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
Contract with the Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar to be paid by the
Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the property by the Contractor, or any
subcontractor, nor by any material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased, or extra labor for the renovations at said building, the right to file such liens
being expressly waived.
WITNESS my hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.
