COMPLAINT
NOW comes the plaintiff, by its attorney, Harold S. Irwin, III, Esquire, and files
this complaint, representing as follows:
1. Plaintiff ART OPTICAL CONTACT LENS, INC., is a Michigan corporation
maintaining its principal mailing address at P.O. Box 1848, Grand Rapids, Michigan
49501.
2. Defendant JOSEPH WINBERRY, is an adult individual maintaining a
business at 3028 Market Street, Suite 3, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
17011.
3. On the dates indicated on the statement of account attached hereto as
Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference, defendant ordered and plaintiff
delivered to defendant various optical products as indicated on said statement.
4. The pdces charged for said building materials were the usual and ordinary
prices therefore and the prices which defendant agreed to pay.
5. The defendant has made two payments against the charges on this
account as indicated on the statement, but both checks tendered for payment were
