In June of 2001, Noreen Snow co-sign a loan for Matthew HeRman ( Noreen, sou) for a t992
Chrysler VIN Number IC3XU5538NF260898, with Auto-Save Leasing ami Rental. Matthew blow the
engine of said vehicle He had Auto Max towed it to there lot,at 5270 Trindle Road~ Mechanicsburg, PA
17050 Try to get them to make repair to the vehicle. When they mfu~l to make the repairs, he then
abandoned the vehicle at there lot. On September 24,2001 Auto-Save Les~ing and Rental contacted Noreen
Snow to about the vehicle. She paid the vehicle off`on October 11,2001. Auto- Save Leasing and Rental try
to contacted him, twice to remove Id! name from the title of the vehicle, Matthew Hattman,req~ond with a
nasty and unconcerned attitude about the abandoned vehicle.
We veti~y that the statements made in this Petition are true and correct. I understand that false
stalernents herein are made subject to the penalties of 18 PA;C.S: 4904 relating to unswom
t'alsificstion to anthorities. ,
