Mary B. England, it is hereby ORDERED AND DECREED, that Mary Britt England, Susan M.
Britt and Joann Britt Decker, Co-Administratrices of the Estate of Joseph A. Britt, are authorized
to sell the real estate of the Decedent located at 22 Wayne Avenue, Borough of New
Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to Mary Britt England, for the sum of Sixty-
Eight Thousand ($68,OOO.OO) Dollars, and further that Petitioner in her capacity as Co-
Administratrix of the Decedent's estate, along with her sisters, are authorized to make,
acknowledge and deliver the Deed conveying the real estate aforesaid upon receipt of the
purchase price recited in the Petition.
