WHEREAS, James A. Gehr and Christine M. Gehr of 3351 Spring Road, Carlisle, PA 17013 is
about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Wolfe Builders, Inc. of 35 Kurtz
Rd, Carlisle, PA 17013 for the erection of a single family home upon a lot of land situate in
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A"
Now, March!/~, 2007 at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principle
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said owner to the said contractor to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the
making of the said contract with and the further consideration on One Dollar, to Wolfe Builders,
Inc., it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the bUilding by the contractor, or any sub-
contractor. Nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erectIon of said building, the
right to file such liens being expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Middlesex Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows in accordance with composite
draft prepared by Michael C. D' Angelo, R.S., dated October 1, 1985, and subject to the
conditions set forth thereon, together with the improvements thereon erected:
BEGINNING at a point at the comer of Lot No.2 (Plan Book 33, page 42); thence along
said Lot No.2 the following Four courses and distances: North 78 degrees 54 minutes 28
seconds East 63.59 feet; North 79 degrees 58 minutes 44 seconds East 87.48 feet; North
79 degrees 59 minutes 43 seconds East 117.38 feet and South 86 degrees 09 minutes 00
seconds East 40.50 feet to a point in the centerline of an earth land; thence passing
through said earth land and continuing along said Lot No.2 and along Lot No.3 (Plan
Book 33, page 42), North 79 degrees 35 minutes 48 seconds East 490.00 feet to a point;
thence continuing along said Lot No.3 the following Three courses and distances: North
80 degrees 37 minutes 39 seconds East 507.27 feet; South 19 degrees 16 minutes 00
seconds East 4.63 feet and North 79 degrees 34 minutes 05 seconds East 1013.73 feet to a
point at lands of Paul H. Gutshall (formerly of Mrs. Emma Myers and later of Nathan
Brougher) ; thence along lands of Paul H. Gutshall, South 25 degrees 07 minutes 49
seconds East 1675.58 feet to a point at lands of Barry L. McCoy (formerly of Nelson
Shughart and later of Albert Reed); thence along lands of Barry L. McCoy the following
Three courses and distances: South 69 degrees 22 minutes 11 seconds West 1353.00 feet;
South 86 degrees 22 minutes 11 seconds West 209.55 feet and south 65 degrees 52
minutes 11 seconds West 429.00 feet to a point at lands ofH.R. Gutshall Estate (formerly
Alfred P. Wolf); thence along lands ofH.R. Gutshall Estate the following Three courses
and distances:
North 04 degrees 55 minutes 16 seconds West 1069.64 feet; North 68 degrees 16 minutes
42 seconds West 610.80 feet and North 44 degrees 15 minutes 30 seconds West 683.59
feet to a point at the comer of Lot No.2 (Plan Book 33, page 42), the Place of
BEGINNING.
THE ABOVE described tract of land having thereon erected a frame dwelling house and
other improvements with mailing address of3351 Spring Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania,
17013.
Being know as Parcel #21-05-0429-013
Being the same premises which Cynthia H. Sheaffer by Deed dated September 27, 1995
and recorded in Cumberland County in Deed Book 126, page 1125 conveyed unto James
A. Gehr and Christine Marie Gehr, husband and wife.
