Petitioners appeared and presented evidence in support of~

the petition, at which the allegedly incapacitated person
did not appear, with the consent of her court-appointed
counsel, Leslie Ann Tomeo, Esquire, and pursuant to
permission by the Court excusing her presence, and with the
consent of counsel, the record shall remain open in this
case for the purpose of enabling the court-appointed counsel
for Doris Ann Potteiger, the allegedly incapacitated person,
to speak further with her client, and to present further
evidence in the case in the event that she deems it
appropriate.
Counsel are requested to notify the Court by
motion at such time as they believe the record may be deemed
closed or a further hearing is requested in the matter. In
the latter event, the Court will schedule a further period
