AND NOW, this 11 th day of August, 2006, upon consideration of the Petition for Granted of
Letters filed by Adreece Frank Taylor, dated and filed on August 11,2006 for the estate of Joe R.
McMillian, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that the Petitioner shall post surety bond in the amount of
$ 115,000. IT IS ALSO DECREED that upon filing the Bond of Personal Representative, Letters
of Administration shall be granted to Adreece Frank Taylor.
