claimant in the above-captioned matter, kindly issue the attached
Writ of Scire Facias Sur Municipal Claim. Please be advised that
the Monroe Township Municipal Authority filed a Municipal Lien at
Docket No. 02-3912 in the amount of $1,072.76 against property
owned by Douglas G. Romano known and numbered as 1339 Horick
Drive, Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania, 17007. Please be advised
that said claim is still due and unpaid, and remains a lien
against said property described therein.

WRIT OF SCIRE FACIAS SUR MUNICIPAL CLAIM
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to, Douglas G. Romano,
Greeting:
Whereas, the Monroe Township Municipal Authority, of 1220
Boiling Springs Road, Mechanicsburg; Pennsylvania, 17055,
(hereinafter referred to as the "Authority"), on August 16, 2002
filed its Municipal Lien for Township Services and Sewer Rates in
the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, at
No. 02-3912 Municipal Lien Docket 2002, for the sum of $1,072.76,
with interest in the amount of ten (10) percent, along with
penalties and all costs, including attorneys' fees, for services
and sewer rates against all that certain lot of ground, including
any improvements located thereon, same being known and numbered
as 1339 Horick Drive, Boiling Springs, Monroe Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, owned or reputed to be owned by
you, said property being more fully described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece, parcel or tract of land situate in
Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more
particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern line of Horick Drive
(40 feet wide) at a permanent survey monument on the line
dividing Lots Nos. 16 and 17 on said Plan; thence by the
line of Lot No. 16, South 16 degrees 50 minutes East, 200
feet to a point; thence by the northern line of Lots Nos. 21
and 20, South 73 degrees 10 minutes West, 208.5 feet; thence
by the line of Lot No. 18 on said Plan, North 23 degrees 36
minutes West, 198.31 feet to a point; thence by the southern
line of Horick Drive by a curve to the right having a radius
of 440 feet, an arc distance of 52 feet to a permanent
survey monument; thence continuing by the southern line of
Horick Drive, North 73 degrees 10 minutes East, 180 feet to
the place of BEGINNING.
Being Lot No. 17 on the Plan of Lots of Section A of "White
Rock Acres", dated October 9, 1968, and recorded in the
Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan Book 20,
Page 40.
HAVING ERECTED THEREON a dwelling house being known and
numbered as 1339 Horick Drive, Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania
17007.
BEING the same premises which Loretta G. Bennett, single
individual, by Deed dated August 21, 1996 and recorded in
the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book
144, Page 692, granted and conveyed unto Douglas G. Romano,
Owner.

And whereas, we have been given to understand that said
municipal claim is still due and unpaid, and remains a lien
against the said property;
NOW, you are hereby notified to file your affidavit of
defense to said claim, if defense you have thereto, in the office
of the Prothonotary of Our said Court, within fifteen (15) days
after Service of this writ Upon you. If no affidavit of defense
be filed within said time, Judgment may be entered against you
for the whole claim, and the property described in the claim be
Sold to recover the amount thereof.
