cipal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Joseph Martin and Marl.an MCIrierriey
to [he said Fogarty Homes, Inc.
to commence work on [he said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of [he making of the said
contract with Joseph Martin and Marian McInerney and the further
consideration of One Dollar, to Fogarty Homes, IIIC. paid
by Joseph Martin and Marian McInerney . i[ is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor. or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.

BEGINNING at a point on the eastern right-of--way line of Maplewood Lane (50 feet wide) at the dividing line between lots #67 and

and recorded November 6, 1991 by the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Deed Book J, Volume 35, Page 638,
