Whereas, MARK W. SULLNAN and LORI A. SULLNAN, his wife, of 4140 Carlisle Road, Gazdners,
Cumberland CounTy, Pennsylvania are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with
TIMOTHY D. HOFFMAN, t/d/b/a HOFFMAN'S CUSTOM CONTRACTING, of 21 Annendale Drive,
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a dwelling house upon a lot of land situate in
Dickinson Township, Cumberland CounTy, Pennsylvania, being known as Lot No. 23, Kings Gap Estates
Development, as recorded in Cumberland CounTy Plan Book 64, Page 48 (Legal Description: ALL THAT
CERTAIN lot of land situate in Dickinson Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and
described in accordance with Final Subdivision Plan of Kings Gap Estates recorded on Apri110, 1992, in the
hereinafter named Recorder's Office in Plan Book 64, Page 48, etc., as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the
southern line of 60 feet wide Chelsea Lane at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 22 and 23; thence along said
southern line of said 60 feet wide Chelsea Lane by a curve to the left having a radius of 200 feet an arc distance
of 150.00 feet to a point on the eastern line of said 60 feet wide Chelsea Lane at the dividing line between Lost
Nos. 23 and 24; thence along said dividing line between Lots Nos. 23 and 24, south 60 degrees 55 minutes 33
seconds east a distance of 335.07 feet to a point in line of land now or formerly of Robert G. Boyer; thence
along line of said land now or formerly of Robert G. Boyer, south 12 degrees 42 minutes 52 seconds west a
distance of 335.11 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 22 and 23; thence along said dividing
line between said Lots Nos. 22 and 23, north 39 degrees 39 minutes 50 seconds west a distance of 485.19 feet
to a point on the southern line of 60 feet wide Chelsea Lane at the Place of BEGINNING).
Now, June 4, 2001, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before
any authority has been given by the said Owners to the said Contractor to commence work on the said
building, or purchase materials for the same inconsideration of the making ofthe said contract with them and
the further consideration of one Dollar, to Contractor paid by Owners it is agreed that no lien shall be filed
against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any
other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection ofsaid
building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
