AND NOW, this day day of 2001, after reasonable notice and an opportunity for
hearing having bcen provided to all interested parties, the Cows hereby awards ownership of one 1969,
Triwnph Bonneville 650, bearing vehicle identification nwnberT120 D61454 (motor}, T120R DU52280
(frame) to Thomas B. Winkleman Jr. and the right, title and interest of any other person to said vehicle is
hereby extingurished. The Department of Transportation may accept this order as evidence of ownership in
lieu of a certificate of title. The Petitioner shall submit the appropriate forms, taxes and fees comply with
any other procedures of the Departm~t of Transportation in order to receive the appropriate certificate of
title for said vehicle.

2.) Keena W. Golden, living at 2930 Ritner Highway Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013
I, Thomas B, Winkleman Jr. purchased a 1969 Triumph Bonneville from Keena W. Golden in the amount
of one hundred dollars. Since I have purchased the motorcycle, I have spent three thousand dollars on
repairs and new parts, which I have the receipts for. I, Thomas B. Winkleman 7r. have had possession of
the motorcycle in quesfion for three years. Keena W. Golden does not dispute that fact. The gentleman
who Keena W. Golden received the motorcycle from has recently passed away. The title was misplaced in
the move. Keena and I have contacted the State Police, Deparhnent of Transpa~rtation and-other agencies
regarding the situation. All of the agencies stated that I would need to obtain a court order form the
Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas because of no title and no record of previous owners. Therefor the
motorcycle has been off of the road for three years. Above are the facts as I Imow them.
