Dethlefs, and avers the following: Plaintiff is Roni Lynn Van Selow, an adult individual with a residence located at 5000 Apache Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17050. 2. The Defendant is Roger Charles Van Selow, II, an adult individual with a residence located at 609A Erford Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011. 3. Plaintiff seeks primary physical and joint legal custody of Charity L. Van Selow, born 9/15/98, Faith A. Van Selow, born 8/27/93, and Hope M. Thomas, born 5/1!85, (hereinafter known as Children), 4. Plaintiff, Roni Van Selow, and Defendant, Roger Van Selow are married. Faith A. Van Selow and Charity L. Van Selow were born during the marriage. 5. Plaintiff and Defendant are the natural parents of Faith A. Van Selow and Charity L. Van Selow. 6. Plaintiff has no information of a custody proceeding concerning the children pending in a Court of this Commonwealth. The best interests and permanent welfare of the children will be served by granting the relief requested because the Plaintiff is better able to provide a stable, secure environment in which to raise the children. 8. Plaintiff is requesting joint legal custody and primary physical custody of the children. Neither party hereto are members of the Armed Forces of the United States or any of its allies. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests this Court to grant joint legal custody and primary physical custody of the children and the right of first refusal for child care to Plaintiff.
