STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, MINH V. LE and PHUONG KIM LE, of Dauphin County,
Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with MICHAEL
MANNING and ASSOCIATES of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a
dwelling upon a lot of land situate as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in the Township of East
Pennsboro, Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being more fully
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point said point being located on the dedicated right-of-
way line of Kent Drive at the dividing line of Lot No. 48 and Lot No. 47, Hickory Ridge,
Phase II, Plan Book 77, Page 142; thence by said right-of-way line the following two
courses and distances: 1) North 18 degrees 53 minutes 28 seconds West, a distance of
140.00 feet to a point. 2) By a curve to the right having a radius of 500.00 feet and an
arc distance of 27.17 feet to a point on the dividing line of Lot No. 46, Hickory Ridge,
Phase I, Plan Book 77, Page 143 and Lot No. 47, herein described; thence by said dividing
line the following two courses and distances: 1) South 82 degrees 15 minutes 15 seconds
East, a distance of 32.68 feet to a point. 2) South 87 degrees 07 minutes 10 seconds East,
a distance of 93.60 feet to a point; thence by the same and beyond by Lot No. 20, Hickory
Ridge, Phase I, Plan Book 77, Page 143, South 86 degrees 06 minutes 59 seconds East, a
distance of 8.82 feet to a point at the dividing line of Lot No. 50, Hickory Ridge, Phase II,
Plan Book 77, Page 142 and Lot No. 47 herein described; thence by said dividing line,
South 18 degrees 53 minutes 28 seconds East, a distance of 114.38 feet to a point on the
dividing line of Lot No. 48 and Lot No. 47, herein described; thence by said dividing line
South 71 degrees 06 minutes 32 seconds West, a distance of 125.00 feet to a point, the
Place of BEGINNING.

BEING Lot No. 47 as shown on Final Subdivision Plan of Hickory Ridge,
Phase II, recorded in Plan Book 77, Page 142, and being subjectto all easements of record.
CONTAINING 17,476.58 square feet.
NOW, the ~ day of¢tme, 2001, at the time of and immediately
before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by
the said MINH V. LE and PHUONG' K:~^LE, to the said MICHAEL MANNING and
ASSOCIATES to commence work on the said bui Iding, or purchase materials for the same
in consideration of the making of the said contract with MICHAEL MANNING and
ASSOCIATES and the further consideration of One Dollar, to MICHAEL MANNING and
ASSOCIATES paid by M{NH V. LE and PHUONG K~`CE, it is agreed that no lien shall be
filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the
material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or
extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.
