Cazlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with
PAUL E. LEHMAN, INC., a Pennsylvania business corporation, having an address of 5800 Cumberland
Highway, Chambersburg, Franklin County, Pennsylvania, for the erection of new church facilities and/or
renovations to existing church facilities upon a lot of land situate in Cazlisle Borough, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being known as 434 "B" Street, Carlisle, PA 17013, and being more fully described as set forth
in Exhibit "A" (Legal Description) attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Now, June /S , 2001, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and
before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said
building(s), or purchase materials for the same, inconsideration of the making of the said contract with it and
the further consideration of one Dollaz, to Contractor paid by Owner it is agreed that no lien shall be filed
against the building(s) by the contractor, or any sub-contractor; nor by any of the material men or workmen or
any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection
and/or renovation of said building(s), the right to file such liens being expressly waived.

Legal Description
ALL THOSE CERTAIN tracts of land situate in the Borough of Cazlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows
Tract No. 1
BEGINNING at a stake on the southwest corner of "B" Street and a sixteen (16) foot alley; thence
along the West side of the above alley South twelve (12) degrees thirty (30) minutes West, a distance of one
hundred sixty-six and four-tenths (166.4) feet to an iron pin; thence along lands formerly of Jeffries North
seventy-six (76) degrees forty-five (45) minutes West, a distance of two hundred nineteen and three-tenths
(219.3) feet to a stake; thence along lands now or formerly of R. Hoffman North thirty-six (36) degrees fifteen
minutes East, a distance of sixty-nine and six-tenths (69.6) feet to a stake in the center of the abandoned
Waggoner's Gap Public Road; thence by the same North forty-one (41) degrees thirty (30) minutes West, a
distance of one hundred seventy-four and eight-tenths (174.8) feet to a point, the intersection ofthe abandoned
Waggoner's Gap Public Road with the South side of "B" Street; thence along the South side of "B" Street
South seventy-six (76) degrees fifteen (15) minutes East, a distance of three hundred thirty and seven-tenths
(330.7) feet to a stake, the Place of BEGINNING.
Tract No. 2:
BEGINNING at a point at the southwestern corner of"B" and Franklin Streets; thence southwazdly
along the western side of Franklin Street, 50 feet to a point; thence westwazdly along lands formerly of
Clarence E. Kelly, et ux, 140 feet to the eastern side of an alley; thence northwazdly along the eastern side of
said alley, 50 feet to a point on the southern side of "B" Street; thence eastwardly along the southern side of
"B" Street 140 feet to a point, the Place of BEGINNING.
TRACTS NO. 1 AND N0.2 BEING part of the same premises which the Trustees ofthe Evangelical
Christian Church of Carlisle, by their Deed dated October 4, 1988, and recorded October 4, 1988, in the Office
of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book "P", Volume 33, Page
244, granted and conveyed unto Evangelical Christian Church of Carlisle, anon-profit corporation.
