STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THI5 AGREEMENT made this ~ day of July, 2001, by and
between FALCON HOMES, hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
JEFFREY LENItER, hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the
contractor undertook and agreed to erected and construct a dwelling
on the certain lot of ground situate in Dickinson Township,
Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and more fully
described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof known as .Lot #7, Final Subdivision Plan of Parent
Irdu:tries, Cumberland County, PA.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor. .for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
ac'~nowledged, and the furtrer consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
er any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

Exhibit A
ALL TFIAT CERTAIN lot or tract of ground situate in Dickinson Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as Lot Number 7 as shown on a
Preliminary Final Subdivision Plan for Parent Industries (the "Plan") which Plan is
recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan Book 50,
Page 150, being more fully bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the centerline of "Old" York Road Pa. Rte. 174 L.R.
21009 at the corner of Lot No. 6 as shown on the aforementioned subdivision plan;
thence by the said Lot No. 6 North 02 degrees 11 minutes 14 seconds West 520.98
feet to a point on line with Lot No. 3 as shown on the aforementioned subdivision
plan; thence by the said Lot No. 3 North 71 degrees 41 minutes 39 seconds East
183.22 feet to a point on line with the aforementioned Lot No. 3; thence by said Lot
No. 3 (also. being a 50' right of way for access to Lot Nos. l and 2) South 02 degrees
11 minutes 14 seconds East 520.98 feet to a point in the centerline of the
aforementioned "Old" York Road Pa Rte. 174 L.R. 21009; thence by said centerline
South 71 degrees 41 minutes 39 seconds West 183.22 feet to a point, the Place of
BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 2.1052 acres more or less of gross area and subject to a dedicated
right of way 25 feet from centerline of L.R. 21009 containing 0.1052 acres.
BEING the same premises which Lacy A. Clites by deed dated June 30, 2000 and
recorded in Deed Book 224, Page 642, granted and conveyed to Jeffrey Lenker.
