Stipulation Against Liens
THIS AGREEMENT made the ~ ~ day of Ju 1 y

Town & County, Inc., a Pennsylvania Corporation,
t/d/b/a Town & Country Homes
R. D. #1, Box 168A, Northumberland, PA 17055
hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
Christopher G. Ginnovan and Ann M. Ginnovan
43 West Coover Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055

Owner,. whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and corzstruct a ~ ing 1 e - f ami 1 y dwe 11 ing
on that certain lot of ground situate in
Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania being known as
Lot No. 1 on the subdivision plan for Geraldine Hammaker and Winifred
Paulus as recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 76, Page 142. Being
further identified as Tax Parcel No. 42-10-0644-087.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH.• That the said Contractor, for and in consideration of
the sum of ($LfJO) Dollar to i t in hand paid 6y Owner, the receipd whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their
subcondractors, ahd all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be fled or maintairzed by them or nay of them against the said buildings and the lod of ground appurtenant
thereto for or on account of any work done or materi¢ls furnished by them ar any of them ursder said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described,
and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and
relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings ar any of
them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be as independent covenant.
