COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 3301(c) OF THE DIVORCE CODE
COUNTI
1. Plaintiff is Lauren L. Rogers, who resides at 5328 Oxford Circle,
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17055.
2. Defendant is Harold C. Rogers, Jr., who resides at 18 Greenway Drive,
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17055.
3. Plaintiff and defendant have been bona fide residents in the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for at least six (6) months immediately previous to the
filing of this complaint.
4. The plaintiff and defendant were married in Harrisburg on January 15,
1994.
5. There have been no prior actions of divorce or for annulment between the
parties.
6. Plaintiff avers that the grounds on which the action is based is that the
marriage is irretrievably broken.
7. Plaintiff has been advised that counseling is available and that plaintiff
may have the right to request the court require the parties to participate in counseling.
COUNT II - EQUITABLE DISTRIBUTION
8. Plaintiff and defendant are the joint owners as tenants by the entireties of
various items of personal property, pension, household furnishings, and real property
located at 18 Greenway Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, all of which are subject to
equitable distribution by this court.
WHEREFORE, plaintiff requests the Court to enter a decree:
A. Dissolving the marriage between the parties; and
B. Equitably distributing all property owned by the parties.

Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and that she is admitted to practice in the courts of Cumberland
County; that she served a Complaint in Divorce in the above matter by mailing Certified
Mail, Restricted Delivery, Return Receipt Requested, to Defendant, Harold C. Rogers,
Jr., 18 Greenway Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA, 17055, and that same was received as
evidenced by return receipt card dated May 24, 2003.
