STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this ~_ day of ~ ~~- 2001, by and
between McNAUGHTON HOMES, A DIVISION OF THE McNAUGHTON COMPANY,
hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
RICHARD J. BRADLEY AND TARALYN J. BRADLEY, husband and wife,
hereinafter referred to as Owners, whereby the contractor undertook
and agreed to erected and construct a dwelling on the certain lot
of ground situate in Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and more fully described in Exhibit
"A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof known as Lot
178 Canterbury Drive, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, PA.

NOW~'THEREFOReEy THIS AG1,2EEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said

acknowle dr---a~st3re`"` fur'fFier consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant .thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

Notary Public, the undersigned officer, personally appeared

Exhibit A
ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate in Upper Allen Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Eastern right of way line of Canterbury Drive (50.00
feet wide), said point being located at the Northwestern corner of other lands now or
formerly of The McNaughton Company; then along said right of way line, and
through a 25.00 foot wide drainage easement, on the arc of a circle curving to the
right, having a radius of 250.00 feet and an arc length of 228.43 feet having a chord
bearing of North 39 degrees 15 minutes 53 seconds East, a distance of 220.56' to a
point at the Northwestern corner of Lot No. 179; then along the Western boundary
line of Lot No. 179, and through said 25.00 drainage easement South , Ol degree 25
minutes 55 seconds East for a distance of 167.23 feet, to a point in line of other lands
now or formerly of The McNaughton Company; then along said other lands of The
McNaughton Company, and along the centerline of said 25.00 foot wide drainage
easement, South 88 degrees 34 minutes 05 seconds West, for a distance of 143.82
feet, to a=point and the place of BEGINNING.
Known and numbered as Lot No. 178 on the Final Re-subdivision Plan for
Canterbury Estates, Phases IX and X.
