Whereas, Darrin M. Gelsinger, of 1124 Myerstown Road, Gardners, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, is
about to execute contemporaneously herewith a contract with Brian E. Nailor, t/d/b/a Nailor Carpentry Etc., of
2030 Walnut Bottom Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a garage upon a lot
of land situate in Dickinson Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as Lot No. 1 on the
Final Subdivision Plan for Melvin L. Gelsinger, as recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 63, Page 121.
Legal Description: BEGINNING at an iron pin along lands now or formerly of Carol V. Rose; thence north 4°
28' S0" east a distance of 229.89' to an iron pin adjoining Lot No.2 ofthe Final Subdivision Plan for Melvin L.
Gelsinger; thence along lands known as Lot No.2 north 87° 00' west a distance of 244.61' to a concrete
monument; thence continuing north 87° 00' west a distance of 25' to a point along Myerstown Road (T-524);
thence south 3° 00' west a distance of 169.90' to a point along Myerstown Road (T-524); thence along lands
now or formerly of Dale E. Gelsinger south 80° 43' S7" west a distance of 25.58' to an iron pin; thence
continuing along the same lands south 80° 43' S7" west a distance of 256.44' to the point and place of
BEGINNING. CONTAINING 1.249 acres more or less.
Now, July , 2001, at the time of and immediately before the execution ofthe principal contract, and before
any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said building,
or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with him and the further
consideration of one Dollar, to Contractor paid by Owner it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other
person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said
building, the right to file such liens being expressiy waived.
